Pitch.id Terms & Conditions.
Commercial draft for Creative Faith's V1 workflow. Indonesian counsel should review the production version before launch.
1. Purpose of Pitch.id
Pitch.id is Creative Faith's secure environment for receiving briefs, presenting proposals, recording acceptance, managing project review and approvals, and delivering agreed files.
2. Evaluation access
A private pitch is provided only for the recipient's internal evaluation of a potential engagement. Access may be identity-verified, watermarked, logged, revoked or set to expire.
3. Restricted use of pitch materials
Recipients may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, implement, commercialize, forward to unauthorized third parties, or instruct another supplier to reproduce any strategy, concept, copy, design direction, layout, visual, prototype or working material without Creative Faith's written authorization.
4. Intellectual property before engagement
Unless a signed agreement expressly provides otherwise, pitch concepts, strategy, copy, design directions, prototypes, unselected alternatives, working files, source files, methods and presentation materials remain Creative Faith intellectual property or that of applicable licensors. Viewing, commenting, proposal acceptance or payment of a DP does not by itself transfer ownership.
5. Project commencement
A project commences only after the applicable quotation/agreement is accepted and Creative Faith confirms receipt of the required DP or other commencement condition.
6. Client workspace access
Authorized representatives receive client access after project activation. Credentials or one-time codes are personal to the authorized user and must not be shared. Creative Faith may suspend access for security, misuse, non-payment or termination.
7. Client-supplied materials
The client confirms it has authority and necessary rights to provide logos, photography, copy, data, trademarks, references and other content, and remains responsible for the accuracy of client-supplied factual information.
8. Revisions and approvals
Revision rounds follow the approved quotation/agreement. Pitch.id may record comments and approvals with user identity, exact version, date and time as part of the project record.
9. Final rights and handover
Rights in final approved deliverables are transferred or licensed only to the extent expressly stated in the signed project agreement and subject to applicable full payment. Unselected concepts, internal methods, reusable systems, working files and source files remain excluded unless expressly included in writing.
10. Portfolio and case-study use
Subject to any written NDA, confidentiality obligation or agreed client restriction, Creative Faith may identify the client and display publicly released final work in its portfolio, credentials, awards, case studies and self-promotion after public launch/release. Confidential information and non-public materials will not be disclosed for this purpose.
11. Confidential client information
Creative Faith will use confidential materials to evaluate and perform the engagement and apply reasonable measures to restrict access to authorized project personnel and service providers.
12. Payment and file release
Creative Faith may withhold production, editable, source or final files until the payment and approval conditions stated in the applicable quotation/agreement are satisfied.
13. Cancellation and unused concepts
If a proposed engagement does not proceed, the recipient receives no right to use pitch materials. If an active project is cancelled, payment, usage and handover rights follow the applicable project agreement and work completed to the cancellation date.
14. Electronic records
Pitch.id may record access, acceptance, comments, approvals, timestamps, versions and related events for security, evidence and project administration.
15. Production legal details
The final version should state Creative Faith's contracting legal entity, governing law, dispute forum, privacy/data-retention terms, notice details, taxes, liability limits and other clauses counsel considers necessary.
