Privacy and access records.
Pitch.id needs enough identity and activity data to secure pitches, administer projects and preserve approval records—without turning client access into unnecessary surveillance.
Information processed
Corporate contact details, brief submissions, files supplied by users, project comments, approvals, payment-status records, access events, timestamps and device/security information reasonably required for the service.
Why it is processed
To evaluate briefs, control access to confidential pitches, perform contracted work, maintain project records, prevent misuse, support billing/handover and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Access controls
Pitch access may use corporate-email verification, one-time codes, expiring links and personalized watermarking. Project workspaces are restricted to authorized project users.
Retention and deletion
The production policy should define retention periods for unsuccessful pitches, active projects, accounting records and legal evidence, together with deletion/archiving rules and applicable legal requirements.
Portfolio use is separate
Public portfolio/case-study use concerns final released work under the Terms; it does not authorize Creative Faith to publish confidential client data or non-public materials.
